I'm Erika, a 21 year-old Marine wife enjoying life with my wonderful husband and the baby girl we welcomed into the world on October 6th. I'm pursuing a college degree in Web Design and studying the Japanese language in between marathons of playing Sims 2. Diet soda is my drug of choice. Japan is the other love of my life followed closely by an obsession with Hello Kitty, panda paraphernalia, and all things pink. More?

Feeling Lonely

Going to the movies by yourself is like the most depressing thing you could ever do. Heh. I went to see Public Enemies this afternoon after making my Wal-Mart run. I texted several people throughout the day, but when I asked if they were interested in seeing the movie...they just stopped texting me back. Gotta' love those fake friends. Ugh. I hate people.

The movie was decent, but I expected some serious wow after the previews. So I'm kind of sad about that. But there were some previews for a couple of comedies and romantic comedies coming out this year that look good. Yay! I'll probably end up seeing those alone, too. Because such is my life without my Ryan - he really is my best friend and one of very few true friends I have. Am I that dislikeable or something? Nevermind. Don't answer that.

...

Anyone looking into all natural fat burners?

I know exactly how you feel. My "best" friend does that to me sometimes. She and I will be texting just fine, and then when I ask a question (such as about going to a movie), she stops responding. When I ask her about it later, she says that she "never got that message." In my case, a simple yes or a no would suffice so that I'm not left wondering.

I'm all for busting out the frying pans!
